The Warren-Vitter “Bailout Prevention Bill” Won’t Prevent Bailouts

Someone told me that the Warren-Vitter draft bill “Bailout Prevention Act of 2015” is substantively different from the letter to Janet Yellen that I critiqued in my last post. Well, it is – and it isn’t. According to Senator Warren’s press release, these are the main provisions:
