Managing Vengeful Behavior At Work

We’ve all seen or heard the stories about bosses who turn the air blue with abusive language or who relish the chance to humiliate employees at work. Or the employee who attempts to sabotage a leader or a company through disparagement or theft. There’s the resentful co-worker who hides information or attempts to throw a perceived workplace nemesis off track. Or worst of all, there is anger that escalates into violence at work.
